Lilly (she/her) graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in Environmental Anthropology and a minor in Biology. At Swarthmore, Lilly helped found an environmental justice organization in Philadelphia, traveled to the Middle East to study the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and was an All-American track athlete. In 2018, she received a fellowship to pursue individual research on statecraft and Indigenous resistance in rural Northern Thailand. She is committed to conflict transformation, community-driven sustainable development, and hopes to help dismantle barriers to sustainable economic opportunity globally.
Lilly joined the WCI team in July as an intern, and was hired full-time in August to manage WCI's daily operations. She also coordinates WCI's effort to evacuate human rights defenders from Afghanistan and supports WCI's international and domestic programs, President, and Board.
