Empowering women, transforming communities.
Women's Campaign International is a renowned NGO working with individuals and communities throughout the world founded in 1998 by Emmy-winning reporter and U.S. Congresswoman Marjorie Margolies.
As a former Member of Congress Marjorie Margolies directed the U.S. delegation to the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women. Held in Beijing, 189 countries signed a shared commitment to achieving equality, development and peace for women worldwide.
Inspired by these commitments, Women’s Campaign International (WCI) empowers women to achieve these goals.
Over the past twenty-one years, WCI has worked tirelessly in more than 45 countries to promote women’s leadership fostering peace building and the lasting transformation of communities.
